Growing taller, exercising for becoming taller

         Is it possible for an adult to increase height? Answer. Yes or no? there are not much scientific evidence that and adult person can increase height. And there is not miracle drug can stimulate growth after puberty. But there are some exercises can help the person. Exercise shown in this video can help you gain a few extra inches by improving your posture.  You will be surprised how much height was in your back and you can increase your height at any age by improving your posture. Hanging there is nothing complicated with hanging.

        This helps to strength your spine. For every action there is an equal opposite reaction. The bar is pulling him up while the gravity is pulling him down.  This helps spine to relax and long can posture better. Touch toes standing with your hand up above you head then over and touch your toes. Keep your legs as straight as possible. You can bend your knees if you need to. You need to hold in position between 2 to 23 seconds. Two straight legs up. Face down and then raise both your legs as far as possible keep your feet together. Each repetition should last three seconds. The downhill standing with your hand together behind you then bend you body as far as possible.
