method by which you can do the exact nail art with water.
Start
off by applying a light colored nail polish (e.g. blue, yellow) on your nails.
Then cut a newspaper into 10 small strips and dip them in water. Put the strip
on your nail and press with a cotton swab. When you will remove it after 45
seconds you will have the perfect impression of the writing on your nails. Do
this on all your nails and you are ready to rock!
